CANCELLATION POLICY
FOR LIVE EVENTS AND CONFERENCES

Substitution of attendees may be made free of charge at any time prior to the scheduled start date sending an email to info@adcg.org.
For rescheduling and cancellations without penalty, attendees need to notify ADCG in writing at info@adcg.org in advance at 15 or more calendar days prior to the scheduled live seminar or 30 or more calendar days prior to the scheduled start date of a conference (any multi-day event)
Attendees who cancel their registration according to the above provisions, can either reschedule the class for a period of six (6) months from the original start date of the class or obtain a refund.
No refunds will be issued for event cancellations or rescheduling with less than 15 calendar days’ notice for seminars or 30 days’ notice for conference before the start date.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR SELF-PACED AND
WEB-BASED TRAINING COURSES

You may not cancel once you submit an order for a self-paced virtual class or a web-based on-demand training class. Once you submit the order, you are responsible to pay the entire course price
Self-paced or web-based training courses expire after one year from the date of purchase.
