This is a collaborative effort with the Leaders in the Arts Industry, Regional Advisory Council Region 5, RAC 5 Tourism Committee, Northeast Georgia Regional Development Center, Georgia Department of Economic Development, Area Chambers of Commerce, Area Convention & Visitors Bureaus, Local Governments and interested citizens.
